Rose nails
March 1, 2011 | Uncategorized | 3 CommentsAfter Misslipgloss put up a blog with pictures of her rose nails, I wanted to try it too. She didn’t put a tutorial on, only a few tips. I tried and it turned out pretty good! I show them to everybody and I am proud of them! It is really easy; just put up a red and white dot of nailpolish and mix them using a toothpick or something else with a point. Let it dry and make leaves with a green(ish) nailpolish. With a lighter or darker color, put a stripe as a vain. Use topcoat and you’re done! You can use any basecolor you want. I liked the neutral, so I used my salmon color from French Manicure.
I am not a professional at painting my nails, so it won’t be perfect. It is two days old and I swam twice with this nailpolish. I’m just sharing my result. The pictures are a bit hazy, I had to take the pictures in the car, since I don’t see a lot of daylight before or after school.
ps. A swimmingupdate: the breaststroke (schoolslag) went really good today! I went under water when I had to and up when I had in 1 stroke, yay! My freestyle (borstcrawl) went really bad though, I heard myself swimming. Or it was one of the other girls, that is possible too, haha! Practice went by fast!

They look lovely! Good job :)
