1) The writer of the poem in the previous post is a he, not a she.
2) I moved up a lane in swimming! Depending on how good/fast you are, you are in a lane. We have 4 lanes and all the Rookies (first year swimmers) were in number 4. I am now in number 3! I am the first one this year to ‘graduate’ a lane! In 4 days! I hope I can keep it up and maybe get another lane higher, but it will be hard work and a lot of training. It would be really cool though! (And man, I am proud of myself! The first thing I have accomplished in America with working for it! I have all A’s, but I don’t do a lot of it. For this I have been training (even though it has only been 4 days, it has already been 7 or 8 hours or something!)
3) Tomorrow the drive-in opens! And I am going (if someone is giving me a ride)! They show 3 movies in a row, so the nights ends around 3a.m., haha! My Government teacher is the manager of the drive-in!
4) I got invited for a birthday, at All Star Sports (carting (? Karten in Dutch), lasergamen, midgetgolf, fun!

    It very nice to read that you like swimming so much. I was on my highschool swim team during my exchange year. Man the fun we had during meets and stuff. Hope you will enjoy yourself as much as i did!

    Just like your mom, I did have a feeling that it wasn’t written by a girl. But because it was about the beauty of a woman, and I thought: oh, it will be mine? It must be a girl, who wants to have all that beauty. It’s even better that a guy wrote it, I think. :) That makes it even more special!
    And I’m proud of you! And jealous (because of the drive in). And omg, that birthday party must be fabulous! Wow. :) Have fun! =D
